- Mitarbeit bei der Datenschutzstelle der UA Ruhr
- Betreuung von Übungen und einzelnen Vorlesungseinheiten diverser Veranstaltungen für die Angewandte Informatik (Datenschutz, Groupware und Wissensmanagement, Gestaltung sozio-technischer Informationssysteme)
- Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten im Bereiche Datenschutz
Forschungs- und Arbeitsinteressen
In meiner Dissertation beschäftige ich mich mit Online Tracking und damit einhergehendem Profiling. Ich habe dazu inbesondere die Interessenprofile untersucht die Google über (anonyme) Nutzer*innen erstellt und ein Browser-Plugin entwickelt, dass diese verschleiert (Obufscation).
Allgemeiner interessiert mich:
- Datenschutz und informationelle Selbstbestimmung an den Schnittstellen zwischen Technik, Nutzung und Recht.
- Privacy Enhancing Technologies, Online Privacy und Profiling
- CSCW und CSCL mit Schwerpunkt auf partizipative und nutzerzentrierte Systemgestaltung. Insbesondere die Nutzung von Webtechnologien in Lehrveranstaltungen.
- Entwicklung von Webanwendungen.
